You can request that your Ink Tools account and its associated data be deleted at any time. Complete the short form below and we'll process your request, usually within a few business days.
What gets deleted: your profile, artist/shop settings, client files, messages, appointments, inquiries, invoices, waivers, and uploaded photos.
What may be kept: financial and transaction records (such as payment history and receipts) retained as required for legal and tax record-keeping, typically for up to 7 years, and any records we're legally required to keep.
